Stage 1 Application

Up to $100,000 in funding

For first-time applicants or new projects. Requires completing a Project Alignment Attestation before accessing the full proposal form.

  • • Complete the attestation questionnaire
  • • If approved, receive a unique link to submit your full proposal

Stage 2 / Stage 3 Application

Up to $200,000 in funding

For returning participants with prior Stage 1 or Stage 2 funding. No attestation step — proceed directly to the full proposal form using your unique link.

  • • Stage 3 requires completion of Stage 2
